After years of collaborating in a traditional salon setting, we decided to take the leap and create a space that truly reflects who we are. In 2025, we opened our own salon suite with one goal in mind: to provide a fun, relaxed, and welcoming environment for both our clients and ourselves. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy**
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please review our cancellation policy below:
1. **Cancellation Notice**
- Cancellations made 24hrs in advance will not incur any fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24hrs in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2. **No-Show Policy**
If you fail to attend the appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service.
3. **Rescheduling**
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
4. **Emergency Cancellations**
We understand emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
